KPG Estate Agents Ltd is a registered member of Client Money Protect (CMP), the government-authorised client money protection scheme. All client money we hold — including rent collected on behalf of landlords and tenancy deposits — is protected against misappropriation.
PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME
Independent redress for our clients
As required by law, KPG Estate Agents is a member of the Property Redress Scheme — a government-approved independent body that provides a free, impartial service for consumers who wish to raise a complaint against a member agent.
DEPOSIT PROTECTION SERVICE
Every deposit protected by law
All tenancy deposits we collect are protected in a government-approved scheme under the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). Tenants receive written confirmation of their deposit protection within 30 days of payment, as required by law.
